These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by and between, on the one hand, the company EI Yves Boudot, operating the Beast Bear’In brand, of which the registered office is located in Créteil, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 881 722 201, and on the other hand, any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.beastbearin.com, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Article 1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationships between EI Yves Boudot and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.beastbearin.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that purchasing products from the website www.beastbearin.com is unrelated to their professional activity and is strictly for personal use, and on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to commit to these terms and conditions of sale.
EI Yves Boudot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Consequently, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect at the date of the buyer’s order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.beastbearin.com by the company EI Yves Boudot, subject to availability. EI Yves Boudot reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description listing its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the seller in any way. The sale of the products presented on the website www.beastbearin.com is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully allow the importation of these products.
Article 3. Prices
The prices listed on the product sheets of the online catalog are in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. EI Yves Boudot reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, which will be billed in addition to the price of the purchased products based on the total amount of the order.
Article 4. Order and Payment Methods
Before placing any order, the buyer must create an account on the website www.beastbearin.com. The account creation section is directly accessible from the menu bar. On each visit, if the buyer wishes to place an order or consult their account (order status, profile, etc.), they must log in using their account information. EI Yves Boudot offers the buyer the option to order and pay for their products in several stages, with three payment options to choose from.
Secure payment by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay: the buyer selects the products they wish to order from the “cart,” modifies the quantities or references if necessary, checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, shipping costs are calculated and presented to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The buyer then chooses their preferred payment method. The next step asks them to verify all information, read and accept these terms and conditions by ticking the corresponding box, and then confirm their order by clicking the “Confirm my order” button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface to safely enter their credit card details, Google Pay, or Apple Pay account information. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively formed. Payment is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use, the buyer may request the cancellation of the payment, and the amounts paid will be refunded or returned. The cardholder’s responsibility is not engaged if the disputed payment is proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of the card. To obtain a refund of the fraudulent charge and any associated bank fees, the cardholder must contest the charge in writing with their bank within 70 days following the transaction, or 120 days if the agreement with the bank allows it. The amounts debited will be refunded by the bank within a maximum of one month after receiving the cardholder’s written dispute. No reimbursement fees may be charged to the cardholder. For any disputes involving payments via “Google Pay” or “Apple Pay,” the buyer must contact the customer service of the service used. EI Yves Boudot cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the payment method by the buyer.
The confirmation of an order signifies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having read them thoroughly, and renunciation of relying on their own purchasing terms. All provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. If the buyer has provided an email address on the order form, EI Yves Boudot will send an email confirming the order registration.
If the buyer wishes to contact EI Yves Boudot, they can do so by email at: contact@beastbearin.com.
Article 5. Retention of Title
EI Yves Boudot retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees, and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. He must return the product in its original, sealed packaging, in secure packaging to the seller for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt by our services without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Orders are shipped by the carrier chosen by the buyer at the time of the order. Delivery times are given as an estimate; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. EI Yves Boudot may provide the buyer with a tracking number for their package by email. The risks related to transportation are the responsibility of the buyer once the items leave the premises of EI Yves Boudot. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the package and its contents in the presence of the postal worker or delivery person upon delivery. It is strongly advised to refuse the package and state the reason for refusal if the goods are damaged, as this is the responsibility of the carrier, and they will need to inspect the package. In case of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by EI Yves Boudot are covered by the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. The warranty does not cover: misuse, lack of maintenance, use of the product in competition or rental contexts, “consumable” products, or any modifications made to the product. In the event of a product defect or non-compliance with the description, it may be returned. We will provide a replacement or refund. All claims, exchange requests, or refunds must be made with our prior agreement within thirty days of delivery, according to the terms and conditions communicated to the customer. A return slip will be provided to the customer, who agrees to return the complete product in secure packaging.
Article 9. Liability
EI Yves Boudot, in the remote sales process, is only held to an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service disruption, or other involuntary issues.

All information concerning the buyer is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the internet user has the right to access, modify, and delete information concerning them. They may request this at any time by email at: contact@beastbearin.com.
